全氧燃烧技术在氧化铝回转窑上的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 能源的不断消耗和日益短缺使得节能降耗成为人们越来越关注的问题,全氧燃烧技术是近代燃烧的节能技术之一。文中以某铝厂回转窑为对象,采用全氧燃烧技术后,烟气量减少,排烟热损失降低。窑内火焰温度提高,燃料燃尽率提高,辐射强度增加,传热效率提高,综合节能率在30%~35%。与此同时,回转窑热力型NOx排放量降低,回转窑配备的风机负荷降低。 Energy saving and consumption reducing have been concerned because ot constantly consumption and increasing shortage of energy. Oxygen-fuel combustion is one of the modem energy- saving combustion technologies. Compared to the air combustion, the Oxygen-fuel combustion adopted in the alumina rotary kiln can reduce the gas emissions and decrease exhaust heat. The furnace temperature improves and the bum-out rate of the fuel increases. The radiation intensity in the furnace can be enhanced , increasing the heat transfer efficiency. The integrated energy-saving rate can be at 30% - 35%. In addition to energy saving, the thermal NOx emission lessens and the load of equipped fan reduces.
