摘要
为实现大国梦想,提升在东南亚的影响力,加快实施"东进"战略并获取现实经济利益,近年来印度积极"介入"南海问题。印度一方面加大了同有关国家的军事合作力度,另一方面不顾中国的反对,与越南联合开发南海油气资源,同时和美、日、澳等国共同炒作南海话题。印度插手南海争端,必将使该问题更加复杂化,助长某些国家促使南海问题国际化的企图,影响中印关系的正常发展,中国的战略空间也将因此受到挤压。
As a means of realizing its dream of becoming a great power, enhan- cing its influence in Southeast Asia, speeding the pace of implementation of its ＂look east＂ policy, and furthering its economic interests, India has become pro- actively involved in the South China Seas. India has increased military cooperation with states asserting claims to the South China Seas, and despite Chinese opposi- tion, has begun joint development of oil and gas in the South China Seas with Vi- etnam. At the same time, it has colluded with the United States, Japan and Aus- tralia in sensationalizing the dispute over the South China Seas. India＇ s interfer- ence in the dispute over the South China Seas can only result in further complica- ting the problem, and plays in to efforts of some states to internationalize the is- sue. It will also result in damage to the normal development of Sino - Indian relations.
