摘要
当前,沿海开发战略已上升到国家战略。江苏沿海地区在城镇快速发展的战略调整背景下,投入大量财力、物力、人力发展地区经济。低碳已成为衡量城镇经济健康发展不可或缺的指标,这对快速发展的城镇化提出更高的要求。通过分析沿海小城镇的现状、机遇和困境,同时对存在问题进行分析,从低碳理念、产业选择、低碳交通、技术、政府政策支持以及如何塑造低碳生态城镇形象等方面提出适合弶港镇低碳发展的对策。
At present, the coastal development has risen to national strategies, Jiangsu coastal area has invested amount of financial, material and manpower resources in the background of rapid urban strategic adjustment. However, low carbon has become the indispensable index to measure the health development of urban economy that put forward higher requirements on the rapid development of the urbanization. In this paper, through the analysis of the present situation, opportunities and difficulties in the coastal towns and the analysis of existing problems, the author propose to countermeasures suitable for Jianggang Town low carbon development from the concept of low carbon-low carbon industry, traffic, technology, government policy support and how to build a low carbon ecoloeical town image and so on.
