摘要
针对在全寿命期内可进行多次维修的机械系统,提出了基于时变可靠度的维修决策基本模型,阐述了模型建立的前提、建模思想以及建模思路;提出了模型要解决的基本问题,包括系统维修间隔期计算、系统可靠度变化等重要问题;最后给出了模型的一个计算实例,编写了模型计算程序,并通过数据曲线拟合得到了主要维修性参数的近似函数表达式,从而验证了模型的可行性。
Abstract. Aiming at those mechanical systems which can carry on multiple maintenance in the whole life period, a basic maintenance decision model was put forward based on time--varying reliability of the system, and the precondition of establishing the model, the modeling thought and the basic ideas of the model were expounded. The basic problems the model was going to solve were also presented, including calculating the system maintenance intervals and the system reliability change, and other important problems. Finally, a calculation example was put forward, in which the model calculation program and the data curve fitting were done. In the calculation example, expressions of the system's maintainability parameters were obtained, which proves the feasibility of the model.
