摘要
目的:比较3种常用义齿清洁剂对铸造钴铬合金及纯钛耐腐蚀性的影响。方法:采用Tafel曲线电化学腐蚀测量法测出钴铬合金(CoCr)和纯钛(CP Ti)试件在不同义齿清洁剂中的自腐蚀电位(E corr),自腐蚀电流密度(I corr),绘制出相应的极化曲线,应用扫描电子显微镜观察试件实验前后表面形貌的改变,并对实验结果进行双因素方差分析。结果:在不同义齿清洁剂中钴铬合金E corr大于纯钛,I corr小于纯钛,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钴铬合金在Protefix中的耐腐蚀性E corr最大,I corr最小,表面腐蚀坑较少;纯钛组在保丽净中E corr最大,I corr较小,表面腐蚀坑较少。结论:在不同义齿清洁剂中钴铬合金耐腐蚀性优于纯钛;不同义齿清洁剂对钴铬合金和纯钛耐腐蚀性的影响有差异。
Objective: To investigate the corrosion resistance property of cobalt-chromium alloy(CoCr) and chemically pure titanium (CP Ti) in different denture cleansing agents. Methods: The electrochemical corrosion resistance behaviors of CP Ti and CoCr alloy were studied by Tafel curves in different denture cleansing agents and tap water( control), the corrosion potential( Ecorr ) and self-corro- sion current density( Icorr) were measured. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the surface change of test sam- pies. Results: The Ecorr of CoCr alloy in different denture cleansing agents was bigger and Ico. was smaller than those of CP Ti (P 〈 0.05 ). CoCr alloy in Protefix showed the highest Ecorr lowest Icorr and fewer etch pits ; CP Ti in POLIDENT showed the highest E lower Icorr and fewer etch pits. Conclusion: In various denture cleansing agents CoCr alloy is more resistant to corrosion than CP Ti. Different denture cleansing agents may produce different effects on the corrosion resistance property of CoCr alloy and CP Ti.
