摘要
目的:临床观察聚桂醇注射液治疗皮肤脉管性疾病的效果。方法:利用治疗前后对比的方法观察皮肤脉管性疾病经瘤体内注射聚桂醇注射液后的治疗效果和并发症。结果:聚桂醇注射液治疗后有效率为94.9%,未见明显并发症。结论:瘤体内注射聚桂醇是治疗皮肤脉管性疾病安全、有效、简单易行的方法。该方法最大限度地保留了外露部位以及重要功能部位正常的解剖形态和功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effection of lauromacrogol injection in the vascular disease of the skin. Methods Sixty five patients with vascular disease of the skin were injected with different times and dosage of lareomarogol. The treatment outcome and complications were observed. Results It was 94.9% in effective rate in 65 cases in the period of treatment and without any major complications. Conclusions Lauromacrogol injection in the vascular disease of the skin is very effective, simple and safe. It is should be recommended.
