摘要
目的：探讨调节性内斜视的综合治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析80例调节性内斜视的治疗情况,所有病例经10g/L阿托品散瞳7d后验光配镜矫正,弱视眼进行综合训练,戴镜1a后对眼位戴镜不能矫正的患儿通过手术干预矫正眼位,评价治疗前后屈光度、视力、视功能、斜视度的变化。结果：经戴镜1a后,完全调节性内斜视50例,部分调节性内斜视30例,具有Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ级视功能者56例;10例戴镜后内斜度数〉＋15△的患儿采用手术方法矫正眼位,7例正位,3例过矫10△～20△;弱视综合训练3a后,弱视治疗总有效率达88.7%。结论：调节性内斜视的治疗是一个综合性的治疗过程,既要注意眼位的矫正,又要进行弱视治疗,同时注意建立双眼单视功能。
AIM： To investigate a comprehensive treatment for accommodative esotropia. METHODS： Eighty patients with accommodative esotropia were analyzed. All cases wore corrective glasses 7d after mydriasis by 10g/L atropine. The pupils were all comprehensively trained. If the position of the esotropic eyes could not be corrected by spectacles and both eyes had similar visual acuity in one year, surgical intervention was taken to correct the position. Refraction, visual acuity, visual function and strabismus degree change before and after treatment were evaluated. RESULTS： One year after wearing glasses, 50 cases had corrected eye position through correction and 30 cases were partially accommodative esotropia. Ten cases of esotropia degree 〉＋15A which could not be complete corrected by cure correction got surgical intervention. Seven cases of them got normal eye positions and 3 cases were over corrected 10A-20. After comprehensive treatment of 3 years, the cure rate of amblyopia was 88.7%. CONCLUSION： The treatment for accommodativeesotropia is a comprehensive course. It is necessary to pay attention to eye position correction, but also for the treatment of amblyopia, while paying attention to establish binocular vision.
