摘要
目的：探讨儿茶辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法：将78例大便轮状病毒抗原检测阳性的腹泻婴幼儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各39例。两组常规给予退热、补液、纠正酸中毒、调节菌群等治疗。对照组给予利巴韦林10～15mg／（kg·d）静脉滴注，每天1次；治疗组除给予利巴韦林静脉滴注外，加用儿茶50mg／（kg·d）碾碎分2次口服，连续治疗3d后，对两组患儿治疗总有效率、退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间及不良反应进行比较分析。结果：治疗组总有效率92．3％，对照组总有效率56．4％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组患儿退热时间（3．33±1．28）d、止吐时间（1．53±0．57）d、止泻时间（2．20±0．78）d，较对照组患儿退热时间（4．08±0．97）d、止吐时间（2．33±1．11）d、止泻时间（4．87±0．94）d、明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论：儿茶辅助治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎可有效改善临床症状，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of catechu in the adjuvant treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods： Seventy- eight hospitalized diarrheic infants with positive rotavirus antigen were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The two groups were both given antipyretic, fluid replacement,acid correction, regulation of flora, and virazole 10 - 15mg/（ kg · d） by intravenous drip, once a day. The treatment group were given oral catechu 50 mg/（ kg · d）, twice a day additionally. After three days of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was observed. The total effective rate, defervescence time, vomiting time, diarrhea healing time and adverse reaction were analyzed. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 92.3%, while that of the control group was 56.4% ; the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Defervescence time in the treatment group was （3.33±1.28） days, while that in the control group was （4.08±0.97） days. The vomiting time and diarrhea healing time in the treatment group and the control group were （1.53±0.57） days and （2.20±0.78） days, （2.33±1.11） days and （4.87±0.94） days, respectively. The time was reduced in the treatment group and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ）. The side effect was not observed in both groups. Conclusions： Catechu is effective and feasible in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis, and is worth recommending in clinic.
