工业点源污染、农业面源污染是松花江冬季冰封期有机物污染严重的主要根源,是松花江污染治理的重点和难点。文章对松花江冬季污染特征及成因进行了详细地阐述,并就松花江冬季冰封期有机物污染的治理提出了一些有针对性的治理措施。
