摘要
随着现代医学的进步和发展,为了培养创新型医学人才,首先要构建一个新的实验教学体系,形成理论讲授、课堂实验与课间实习为一体的模式;其次要改革实验教学方法,激发学生创新意识、培养学生创新思维,以满足创新型复合型医学人才培养的需要。吉林大学白求恩医学院积极探索,不断更新实验教学观念,改革实验内容、教学方法和手段,引导学生自主学习,为学生提供施展能力的空间,从而培养学生的创新能力。
With the improvement and development of modern medicine, in order to cultivate innovative medical talents, we should first establish a novel experimental teaching system, form a basic pattern for experimental teaching and practice. We should also innovate experimental teaching methods, cultivate the awareness of innovative and creative thinking of medical students. The experimental teaching concepts, contents, methods and means had been updated in the School of Basic Medical Sciences at Jilin University after years of continuous exploration, laying a solid foundation for the development of students＇ innovative abilities.
