摘要 建立了快速检测教学实验中2-甲基-2-己醇合成实验的产物纯度及主要杂质的GC/MS分析方法。实验采用强极性石英毛细管柱,程序升温法分离样品,进行MS检测分析。采集各个成分的色谱、质谱信息,并与对照品的保留时间和质谱图或与标准谱图库中的谱图进行对比,确定杂质的结构。在所建立的条件下,2-甲基-2-己醇及其杂质分离良好,检测出7个杂质,同时利用归一化法确定产品的纯度。结果证明,所建立的分析方法能有效地分离分析2-甲基-2-己醇合成产物,为该实验提供了纯度等重要数据,同时也为该教学实验的优化改进提供了参考依据。 A GC/MS analysis method was established for the rapid detection and analysis of the product purity and main impurities in the 2-methyl-2-hexanol synthesis experiment. The GC was separated on a strong polar Silica capillary column by programmed temperature. The chromatography and mass spectrometry data of the main components were acquired and compared with the corresponding information of their reference substance or in the standard spectral library. Good resolution of 2-methyl-2-hexanol and its impurities were achieved, and the structures of seven main impurities were identified. The product purity was determined using the area normalization method. The results showed that the established method could separate and analyze the 2-methyl-2-hexanol synthetic product effectively, and could provide the purity and other important data, providing reference for the improvement of this teaching experiment.
