摘要 装配体的仿真在机械设计实践中得到了广泛的应用,如何对一个复杂装配体中的某个零件进行高效、高精度仿真引起了许多研究者的关注。基于子模型法和受力分析法,提出了在装配体仿真中的零件隔离分析法。该法首先对整个装配体进行一般网格划分并进行静力学仿真,再隔离所研究零件,把约束与它的关系用边界条件及边界节点位移来取代,然后只对该零件进行精密网格的强度分析。用一个连杆系统中的所有杆件进行了验证,证明该法具有高精度和高效率。 Assemble Simulation is widely used in the practice of machine desigrL How to simulate a component in a complex assemble efficiently and accurately attracts the attention of many researchers. Based on sub-model method and force analysis method, component isolator method in assemble simulation is proposed. The method can be described as following:, an entire assemble is meshed moderately and simulated firstly, and then the focused component is isolated, whose relation with the surroundings is substituted by boundary condition and nodal displacement. Finally strength analysis is carried out only on this isolated component with fine mesh. All components of a bar system is calculated with this method and it is proven that the method is of high accuracy and high efficiency.
