摘要
介绍了以三台伺服电机为执行元件的干嵌法锌空燃料电池生产线运动控制系统。系统采用PC和运动控制卡作为上位控制多个伺服电机的运动,搭建了多轴控制系统的硬件平台。根据工艺要求进行了硬件的选型,确定伺服电机的控制方式和参数设置,建立伺服驱动器和控制卡之间的连接。Visual C++编写基于PID控制的普通运动控制卡的动态链接库,使运动控制系统能够实现精确的同步运动;以LabVIEW为开发平台,设计基于虚拟仪器的控制系统,通过调用VC编写的动态链接库实现多轴同步控制功能及实时状态监测。
It describes the nzation system of manucturing line, which is composed ,f motion contral card and three servo- motors. PC and orion Control Card controls the movement ~f multiple servo motor, and it had built multi-axis control system hardware platform. According to the technical requirements, the hardware of the system had been defined. Then the servo- motor control mode and parameter had been set, and the communication between the coutro/ card and servo drive had been built. The dynamic link library tf general motion control card, which was baded on PID, had been complied in Visual C++, so that the motion control system can achieve precise sytwhronization movement; and then the control system had been designed under the environment of LabVIEW, which called the dynamic link library to achieve multi-aais simultaneous control and real-time condition monitor.
