摘要
目前,常用的太阳自动跟踪方法有光电跟踪和太阳运动轨迹跟踪,在前期工作的基础上,设计了一种基于赤道坐标系的单驱双动太阳能自动跟踪装置。该装置采用一台步进电机驱动,可实现同时对太阳时角和太阳赤纬角的跟踪。其中,太阳时角采用间歇跟踪方式,时角误差通过控制程序补偿;依据相对运动原理和投影原理,采用齿轮传动实现对太阳赤纬角的跟踪,通过对比分析,跟踪精度较高,最大误差4.276%。该装置结构紧凑,易于制作,可用于小型太阳能利用装置的自动跟踪,提高太阳能转换效率。
At present, the commonly solar automatic tracking method is photoelectric tracking and solar trajectory racking Here, the single driving-double action solar tracking device using equatorial coordinate system has been designed on the basis of previous work. The device can be realized the solar hour angle and solar declination angle tracking with one stepper motor. Intermittent tracking mode is used for solar hour angle tracking. Solar hour angle tracking error is compensated by control program. According to the relative motion principle and projection principle, gear train is applied for solar declination angle tracking. Tracking accuracy is high and the maximum error is 4.276%. The device structure is compact and easy to make. The device can be used for solar automatic tracking and solar conversion efficiency improvement.
