摘要
简要介绍了冲压成形回弹仿真模拟的有限元方法,并以汽车顶盖前横梁内板为例,利用DYNAFORM软件,分别进行了8种不同拉延阻力条件下汽车顶盖前横梁内板的拉延、切边、冲孔和回弹的过程进行了仿真模拟。重点分析比较了不同的成形极限图和回弹位移图的特点,并得出了拉延阻力对成形回弹的影响规律。得出的结论:对于铝合金在厚度薄、拉深深度低的汽车覆盖件应用过程中,改变拉延筋阻力的大小是最有效的改善其冲压成形回弹缺陷的方法。
The finite analysis methods, used for springback simulation of sheet metal forming, is briefly introduced and takes the front beam inner panel of the car roof for example. The front beam inner panel of a vehicle roof cover was taken as research object to simulate its forming, trimming,punching and springback under eight different drawing resistances with DYNAFORM. Based on the analysis of the different forming limit diagram and rebound displacement diagram, the influence law of drawing resistance on forming and springback are discovered. It comes to the conclusion:for aluminum all are used in automobile covering parts of thin in thickness and low depth of deep drawing, to change the size of the drawbeads resistance is the most effective way to improve the stamping forming and springback defects.
