摘要
目的:探讨过度疲劳诱发首次癫痫发作的临床诊治与预后分析,作出针对发病机制的临床治疗和预后防治方案,提高患者生活质量。方法:通过19例病例回顾性分析首次癫痫发作的临床表现、诊断及转归,找出其诱因。结果:本组首次癫痫发作均为过度疲劳为诱因。结论:过度疲劳是诱发首次癫痫发作的诱因之一,在现实生活中要注意劳逸结合,避免过度疲劳,从而避免诱发癫痫发作可能。
Objective： To investigate the clinical treatment and prognosis of the first seizure induced by defatigation,Make a treatment scheme according to the inducement,improve the life quality of the patients.Methods： Through the retrospective analysis of 19 cases with the first seizures induced by defatigation,to investigate the clinical characteristics,therapeutical approaches and outcome of seizures,to find out the inducement.Results： This group cases with the first seizures induced by defatigation.Conclusion： Defatigation is one of the inducement of the first seizure,in daily life,to get plenty of rest,try to prevent defatigation,to avoid seizure.
