摘要
提升高职院校教师的实践能力,是突出高职教育办学特色、提高高职教学质量、实现高职教育人才培养目标的关键。根据目前高职院校教师实践能力现状的分析,提出提升高职院校教师实践能力的六个措施。
To bring a higher vocational college＇s characteristics into prominence, enhance its teaching quality and achieve its education goals, it is important to improve the teacher＇s practical ability. The paper sets out to examine the practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges in China and puts forward six measures on improving their a- bility in practice.
