摘要
南海某大型气田具有天然气产量和凝析油产量变化范围大,外输压力高,且外输压力范围变化小等特点,工况较为复杂,这就对凝析油外输泵提出了更高的要求,因此对外输泵多工况的适应性研究显得尤为必要,通过对变频泵和定频泵各自特点的深入分析、对比,并结合工程实际的设计工况,得到了较为合适的工程方案。
large gas field is one of the largest offshore natural gas discoveries in China. The gas field has the following characteristics: Its production of natural gas and condensate is very large, and has a wide range of production of condensate output. High pressure of export, export pressure changes little, more complex conditions. This condensate pump put forward higher requirements, the adapt- ability of the export pump conditions is particularly necessary. Through in-depth analysis the characteristics of variable frequency pump and fixed frequency pump, combined with the engineering design conditions, have been appropriate engineering solutions.
