摘要
南海某大型气田具有天然气产量和凝析油产量变化范围大,外输压力高,且外输压力范围变化小等特点,工况较为复杂,这就对凝析油外输泵提出了更高的要求,因此对外输泵多工况的适应性研究显得尤为必要,通过对变频泵和定频泵各自特点的深入分析、对比,并结合工程实际的设计工况,得到了较为合适的工程方案。
large gas field is one of the largest offshore natural gas discoveries in China. The gas field has the following characteristics： Its production of natural gas and condensate is very large, and has a wide range of production of condensate output. High pressure of export, export pressure changes little, more complex conditions. This condensate pump put forward higher requirements, the adapt- ability of the export pump conditions is particularly necessary. Through in-depth analysis the characteristics of variable frequency pump and fixed frequency pump, combined with the engineering design conditions, have been appropriate engineering solutions.
