摘要
大型舰艇编队装备维修保障力量的实施,关系到我国海军实力扩充和突破的时间点,也是大型舰艇编队建设前期不能绕开的关键步骤。论文立足于保障大型舰艇编队装备遂行战斗任务的目标,选取装备可用性来评估大型舰艇编队的装备维修保障能力。在构建装备可用性指标体系的基础上,分析大型舰艇编队的特点,建立大型舰艇编队装备可用性模型,采用试探性建模与分析评估方法,仿真不同任务下的装备可用性,根据计算结果,总结出可用的优化维修策略,能够在保证大型舰艇编队装备运行任务的同时,提供更多时间和精力用于战备训练,优化装备维修保障性能。
The implementation of the Naval Fleet and equipment maintenance support forces, which is related to our naval power expan- sion and breakthrough point,is also a key step that can not be bypassed prior to the construction of the Naval Fleet. This article is based on objectives of the equipment formation during combat missions by the Naval Fleet. Equipment availability is adopted to assess the ability of the equipment maintenance and support conducted by the Naval Fleet. Base on the building of the equipment availability index system,it analyses the characteristics of the Naval Fleet, and builds the available modeling for the equipment of the Naval Fleet. With the exploratory modeling and analysis of assessment methods, it simulates the equipment availability in different tasks. According to the results, it summarizes the avail- able optimized maintenance strategy, which ensures the formation and equipment of the Naval Fleet to run the task, and provides more time and energy for readiness training at the same time, and optimizes the performance of equipment maintenance and support.
