摘要 导弹装备可靠性的高低,直接决定着导弹质量的好坏和使用效能的发挥,由此对导弹可靠性数据的收集与分析显得尤为重要。导弹可靠性分析是靠数据来说话的,数据分析方法的选择、分析结果正确与否,都依赖于所收集到的可靠性数据;而对数据的初步整理分析,可以初步确定产品数据的分布规律,为可靠性指标的定量评价提供基础和方向。论文以数据统计为基础,运用排列图,皮尔逊χ2检验等直观方法,初步判断数据的分布规律,并给出导弹可靠性的粗略估计,为后续正式的可靠性数据分析提供基础和参照。 The level of missile reliability can determine the missile quality and use efficiency directly. There{ore, the collection and analy- sis of missile reliability data is particularly important. Evaluation on reliability depends on the data, the selection of evaluation method and the result is correct or not are both based on the reliability data. And the initial analysis of data can determine the distribution of product initially and provide basis and direction for quantitative evaluation o{ reliability index. The paper is based on fault statistics and uses the intuitive meth- ods such as arrange charts and Pearson test to judge the data distribution regularities preliminarily, and provides rough estimate of missile reli- ability, which could provide basis and reference for formal reliability data evaluation following-up.
