摘要
土地资源的可持续利用是一切资源可持续利用的基础，也是经济社会可持续发展的关键，对区域土地资源利用变化及其效益的分析，可深入了解土地资源的利用水平。本文通过对兴义市2005～2011年土地资源利用的变化情况及各地类的经济效益对比分析，以摸清兴义市土地资源利用现状和集约用地水平。并根据当地的实际情况，探讨其存在问题与制约因素，初步提出合理地利用兴义市土地资源的建议，以期为同类地区的土地资源利用提供参考。
The sustainable use of land resources is the basis for the sustainable use of all resources, but also the key to economic and social sustainable development. Therefore, the analysis of the regional land resource use and its benefit provides insight into the level of utilization of land resources. Through the seven years between 2005 - 2011 Xingyi City Land - use change, as well as comparative analysis across economic classes, this paper finds out Xingyi City land resources utilization and intensive land use standards. And according to local conditions, it explores its problems and constrains, proposes the initial suggestions of rational use land resources in Xingyi City, to provide a reference for the land resources use of the same region.
