摘要
东北早在2004年就提出"以文化力推动经济利益,用无形资产增值有形资产"的文化振兴理念。但在具体操作过程中,究竟该如何运用文化力及其无形资产来振兴老工业基地?本文以东北老工业基地重镇沈阳市为例,从"非物质遗产的普查与保护、工业文化遗产的挖掘和打造文创产业"三个方面,来梳理其工业有形资产,提炼出文化无形资产,总结探讨其之所以在老工业基地的文化振兴中领先的几个方面。
＂Using cultural power to push forward the economy, the intangible heritage to gain assets appreciation＂, s the idea of culture revitalization in the Northeast Industrial Base. This idea was proposed in 2004. However, how to use the cultural power and the intangible heritage is still a question. This article will focus on Shenyang, the famous industrial city, follow its rules on ＂intangible her- itage investigation＂, ＂industrial cultural heritage protection＂ and ＂forging the culture industry＂, to talk about some successful aspects of the industrial bases＇ culture revitalization.
