利益相关者管理:关系维度的研究及管理策略——基于政治经济分析框架的视角 被引量:2

Stakeholder Management:The Study of Dimensions of Corporate-stakeholder Relationship and the Management Strategy——From the Perspective of the Political and Economic Framework

摘要 关系视角的利益相关者管理理论的研究,丰富和深化了人们对于企业利益相关者管理过程的认识和理解,但现有的研究似乎都只强调了关系中的一个维度——经济维度或社会维度,这并不能反映企业与利益相关者关系的全貌。政治经济分析框架是一个更能全面解析企业与利益相关者关系的分析框架,因为它将经济维度和社会维度同时纳入分析视野。在该框架下,企业与利益相关者关系可以分为结构和行为两个相互关联的维度。研究表明,关系的行为维度可以极大地影响企业与利益相关者关系中的双方互动行为,而企业则可以据此采取有针对性的管理策略,对关系内的互动行为进行管理。 The studies on the stakeholder management from the relationship perspective deepened our un- derstanding of management process, but the existing studies only emphasize one dimension of the relation- ship- economy or social dimension, which cannot reflect the whole picture of the corporate-stakeholder re- lationship. Political and economy framework provides us a good method to understand corporate-stake- holder relationship, for it considers economy and political dimensions at the same time. In our research, the dimension of corporate-stakeholder relationship consists of interactive structural dimension and behav- ioral dimension. The research shows that the behavioral dimension can influence the interaction of each side of the corporate-stakeholder relationship, and the corporate can employ specific management strategy to deal with the interaction between the two sides of the relationship.
