近些年来,电子商务规模的不断壮大为我国银行业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。网上银行作为电子商务的主要载体,其安全问题已不可否认地成为其成败的关键,是解决网上银行正常运营的核心,也是金融机构和网银客户最为关注的问题。
