In order to increase the innovation strength of enterprises, accelerate the industrial upgrading, and create a good development environment for new materials industry, the State Council of China approved a preparation plan of standards for six new materials recently. The plan involved special metal functional materials, high level metal structural materials, advanced macromolecule materials, new type inorganic nonmetallic materials, high properties composites, and leading new materials.
