人hTRT正反义真核表达载体的构建及初步鉴定 被引量:6

摘要 目的 构建人端粒酶蛋白催化亚单位 (hTRT)正、反义真核表达载体。方法 采用分子克隆技术将hTRTcDNA正向及反向克隆到真核表达载体pcl neo中。结果 NotⅠ酶切后 ,正义重组基因为 8.8kb一条带 ,反义重组基因为 3 .4kb和 5 .4kb二条带 ,与理论计算相符。
