摘要
分析我国现行社区实践基地在全科医学教育中存在的问题,探讨信息技术在全科医学社区实践教学基地建设中的应用。本研究提出信息化建设详细设计方案并运用于实践,构建出顺应社区卫生服务发展需要的信息化全科医学社区实践教学基地。信息技术的应用扩大了医学教育范围,提高了基地社区实践的教学效果和效率。它有利于基地教学现代化的实现,有利于教学能力和教学效率的提高,有利于以"案例"为基础的新型教学模式的建立,有利于教学行为的规范和教学水平的提高,并弥补了师资不足问题。它以其丰富的表现形式和手段,集文字、图像、模型等诸多信息为一体,实现了理论学习与临床实践相结合,更好更快地提高了学员临床实践能力。本研究为全科医生社区教学模式的建立提供了一个新的途径和方法,为我国社区实践教学基地信息化建设提供了参考和借鉴,具有一定的推广和应用价值。
To investigate the problems related to general practitioner （GP） training in community teaching settings, and discuss the application of information technology （IT） in the bases. This study suggests a detailed IT solution and builds an IT -based community teaching base for GPs. The application of IT has enriched the teaching content, and improved the teaching effect and efficiency. IT- based teaching allows for cases -based new teaching approach, and improves the facuhy＇s teaching a- bility and efficiency, making up for teaching faculty shortage. Multimedia presentation of medical knowledge sets the students in better preparation for practical settings. The study suggested a new approach to GP community teaching and provided a reference of IT construction for other community teaching bases.
