高温预警服务公众评价量表的信度和效度研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对高温预警服务公众评价量表进行信效度评价,为在上海地区对该项服务的评估提供有效和可靠的测量工具。方法以偶遇调查方式在上海市区进行调查,获取有效问卷435份纳入分析,采用克朗巴赫(Cronbach'sα)系数、折半系数、条目水平内容效度指数、验证性因素分析等方法分别对高温预警服务公众评价量表内部一致性信度、内容效度、结构效度进行分析。结果研究结果显示该量表总Cronbach'sα系数为0.699,分别去除各条目后的Cronbach'sα系数为0.613~0.711,折半系数为0.521。条目水平内容效度指数为0.75~0.88,平均内容效度指数为0.84。结构效度分析提示,探索性和验证性因素分析结果均显示量表大部分条目的因素载荷均超过0.4,大部分因子平均方差抽取量大于0.5;高分组和低分组各条目得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高温预警服务公众评价量表的内部一致性信度、内容效度和结构效度基本达到心理测量学的要求,考虑将调整后的量表(10个条目)用于上海地区高温预警服务的评估。 Objective To assess the validity and reliability of Public Assessment Scale on Meteorological Service of Heat Emergency so as to provide the valid and reliable tools for assessing the meteorological service of heat emergency in Shanghai area. Methods Four hundred thirty five valid questionnaires were included in the analysis using the come - across investiga- tion. The methods of Cronbach's α coefficient, split -half coefficient, item -level content validity index (I -CVI) and confirm- atory factor analysis (CFA) were used for assessing the internal consistent reliability, content validity and construct validi- ty. Results The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale were 0. 699. And the Cronbach's α coefficient was 0. 613 - 0. 711 after each item was deleted. The split half coefficient was 0. 521. The I - CVI index was 0. 75 - 0. 88, and the average I - CVI was 0. 84. The results of construct validity showed that the factor loadings of the most items were more than 0. 4 according to both Ex- ploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmative Factor Analysis, and the average variance extracted was more than 0. 5. There were statistical differences between high - score group and low - score group in every item score ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The inter- nal consistent reliability, content validity and construct validity of the Public Assessment Scale on Meteorological Service of Heat Emergency meets the basic psychometric demands. The adjusted scale ( 10 items) could be used as a quantitative tool to assess the Heat Emergency Service in Shanghai.
