摘要
由于农业企业在国民经济和人们生活中的特殊地位,农业企业社会责任问题倍受关注。对225个农业企业进行了调研,对农业企业社会责任的态度、农业企业对社会责任重要性的判断、履行社会责任的方式、动机、水平等问题进行了统计分析。结果发现:在农业企业看来,其承担社会责任更多的是外在动机,是自愿性行为而非强迫性行为,而且履行了较高的社会责任水平。
Since the agricultural enterprises occupy a special position in national economy and human＇s life, the problem of agricultural corporation responsibility arouses lots of public＇s attention. This article makes a survey about 225 agricultural enterprises.h presents a statistic of its attitude towards social responsibility, its judgment towards the importance of social responsibility,and its ways, motivation and level toward accepting social responsibility,The result shows that it is due to the external motivation that the agricultural enterprises volunteer to take social responsibility rather than an imposed behavior, and they fulfill it in a high level. However, the result of survey does not tally with our perception for the existing diversity between the behavior and result, and the diverse reasons remain to do the further research.
