摘要
目的:探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及护理。方法:将我院收治的9例急性脑梗死采用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合尤瑞克林治疗,观察疗效,制定并实施正确的护理措施。结果:本组患者经有效治疗及护理后神经功能损害得到有效的改善,患肢功能得到最大限度的恢复。结论:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死病,并配合良好的护理措施,能显著改善临床症状,有效促进患者肢体功能恢复,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing of butylbenzene phthalein sodium chloride injection combined with Kal-lidinogenase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 9 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital, the NBP and sodium chlo- ride injection combined with urinary kallidinogenase treatment, observation of curative effect, the formulation and implementation of nursing measures to correct. Results in the group of patients with neurological damage effective treatment and nursing after improved, limb functional recover maximum. Conclusion Ding Bentai sodium chloride injection combined with Kallidinogenase in treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Disease with good nursing can improve clinical symptoms, effectively promote the recovery of limb function, improve the Quality of life.
