摘要
Ｃｒｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１是一种重要的细胞增殖因子，是近几年才被确定的原癌基因，它通过促进 Ｇ１－Ｓ期的转变而促进细胞周 期。多种研究表明Ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１基因扩增和（或）过表达与肿瘤发生、进展及预后有关。本文就ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ１与肿瘤预后相关性作一 文献回顾。
Cyclin DI is an important cellular proliferation factor and an oncogene which is confirmed dring recent years. It can promote cell cycles by increasing the transformation Of G1-S stages. Many research have proved: there is a correlation between cyclin D1 gene amplification and (or) over-expression with tumor occurrence, advance and prognosis. This paper is a review about the relationship of cyclin D1 and tumor prognosis.
