摘要
目的:调查分析住院精神疾病患者的药物治疗情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:以2012年12月27日为调查日,采用一日法对我院416例住院精神病患者抗精神病药物的使用情况进行调查。结果:非典型抗精神病药物的使用在我院占主导地位,单一用药为主,利培酮、氯氮平和喹硫平位居前三位,多数用药合理,但仍存在少数不合理现象。结论:临床医生应重视抗精神病药物的安全性,提高临床合理用药水平,同时应该加强对药物使用情况调查,避免出现不合理用药现象。
Objective： To investigate and analyze the situation of drug treatment of inpatients with mental disorders, provides the reference for the clinical rational drug use. Methods： In December 27, 2012 for investigation, 416 cases of antipsychotic drugs in hospitalized psychiatric patients were investigated by use of my day method. Results： The use of atypical antipsychotics in our hospital accounted for the dominant position, single drug, risperidone, clozapine and quetiapine in the top three, most drug reasonable, but there are still a few unreasonable phenomenon. Conclusion ： The clinician should pay more attention to the safety of antipsychotic drugs. It should improve the level of clinical rational use of drugs, also should strengthen the investigation of drug use, in order to avoid the phenomenon of irrational drug use.
