摘要
研究不同预处理(机械处理、温水浸种、化学试剂浸种)和不同发芽床(滤纸床、沙床、毛巾床)对红豆草种子萌发的影响。结果表明:剥去种皮和50℃温水浸种对红豆草种子发芽率影响显著,分别比对照提高17.4%和9.7%;H2O2和H2SO4处理对种子萌发具有显著的抑制作用;不同发芽床中毛巾床效果最佳,去种皮和50℃温水浸种发芽率分别较滤纸床提高26.0%和22.7%。
Onobrychis viciifolia seeds were cultivated on different germinating bed (filter paper, sand, tow el) after different pretreatments (mechanical treatment, warm water soaking, chemical reagent soaking). The re suit indicated that striping seeds coat and soaking with 50 ℃ water have significant effect on germination rate of Onobrychis viciifolia, which increased 17.4% and 9.7% compare to control treatment. But, under the treatment of H2O2 and H2SO4, the germination rate of Onobrychis viciifolia was inhibited.
