A Design of High Precision Ultrasonic Ranging Measurement System

摘要 提出一种基于STM8S单片机控制的超声波测距系统的设计方案.在分析超声波测距产生盲区和误差原因的基础上,设计时间增益补偿电路和峰值时间检测电路,并使用电容触摸按键代替机电开关,确保正确捕捉回波的到达时间,提高测距精度.试验验证表明:该系统在2.5~10m范围内测距误差不超过0.25%. A design of ultrasonic ranging measurement system based on STMSS microcontroller is presented. The time- gain compensation (TGC) circuit and the peak time detecting circuit are designed on the basis of the blind area and error analysis. In addition, capacitive touch button is used to replace mechanical and electrical switch. The arrival time of ultra- sonic echo can be correctly detected. And the ranging accuracy is increased. Experiments show that ranging error of the system is below 0. 25% between 2.5-10 m,
