摘要
在分析河南林业现状及存在问题的基础上 ,提出了河南林业可持续发展 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 10年、2 0 11～ 2 0 30年、2 0 31～ 2 0 5 0年的阶段性目标 ,为实现这些目标的主要措施是大力培育商品林基地、建立覆盖全省的林业生态体系、加快林业产业化建设、坚持依法治林和科教兴林、加强森林资源保护和管理、搞好林业基础设施建设、深化林业改革、加大对林业的投入、加大宣传和领导力度等。
Based on analyses of the situation and problems of forestry in Henan province, the periodical objectives of forestry sustainable development during 2000～2010, 2011～2030, 2031～2050 are put forward respectively. In order to achieve the objectives, some major measures, such as devoting major efforts to cultivating bases of commercial forest, building up province-wide forestry ecological system, accelerating the tempo of forestry industrializing construction, legally administering forestry, rejuvenating forestry by means of science and education, enhancing the protection and management of forestry resources, strengthening construction of forestry infrastructure, deepening forestry reform, increasing investment to forestry and widening forestry publicity.
