摘要
以商洛市各旅游景点进行调查所获得数据为依据,采用SPSS软件包对基础数据进行处理,分别从描述性统计和因子分析的角度进行研究,比较了各指标平均满意度,对原来九项指标进行了化简,得到了游客的综合满意度,并进行了分析比较,发现不同地域、文化程度群体的旅游满意度存在一定差异,为商洛市旅游进一步发展提供一定的参考依据。
