摘要
对北海市气候资源的开发利用及气候灾害防灾减灾对策进行分析 ,为北海市乃至广西的可持续性发展提供了科学依据。
This paper analyzes the developing and utilizing of climatic resources of Beihai and the countermeasures for disaster prevention and reducing, and this analysis provides scientific basis for the sustainable development of Beihai, even of Guangxi.
