摘要
利用 ECMWF数值分析预报产品建立了一套客观预报模式 ,滚动制作南宁地区 9、 10月逐日平均气温分县预报 ,进而制作南宁地区各县寒露风天气中期预报。并对 1999年 9、 10月逐日气温预报和寒露风中期预报效果作了研究分析。
ECMWF numerical forecast product is adopted to set up a set of objective forecast mode, with the purpose of preparing the forecast of day by day average temperature in each county of Nanning district in September and October. On this basis, the mid term forecast of cold dew weather in each county of Nanning district can be further prepared. Studies and analysis of the forecast effects of the above mentioned two forecasts are also carried out.
