摘要
目的探讨仿真式整体思辨教学在儿科教学见习中的应用效果。方法对南京医科大学2010级43名专升本临床见习生实施仿真式整体思辨教学,将其作为实验组,并选取同级35名本科生作对照组,实施传统教学。通过问卷调查方式了解两组的教学效果。结果实验组巩固所学知识、提升理解应用知识能力、发展独立思考能力以及提高学习积极性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生的满意度和参与互动率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仿真式整体思辨教学提高儿科教学见习中学生的临床实践能力、创新能力、分析和解决问题的能力,对培养见习生的临床学习能力具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the effects of the whole speculative of emulation instruction in clinic noviciate of pediatric. Methods Whole speculative of emulation instruction were implemented in 43 top-future students from the Nanjing Medical University class of 2010 in clinic noviciate, as experimental group. 35 undergraduates were taken tra- ditional teaching as control group. And to evaluate the effectivity through questionnaire. Results The consolidate the knowledge, ability of promoting understand knowledge application, develop independent thinking ability and improve learning enthusiasm of experimental group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically signifi- cant (P 〈 0.05). And there were significant differences in two groups of students' satisfaction and participation rate (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The whole speculative of emulation instruction is important to cultivate students' clinical teaching ability in noviciate of pediatric, and it can improve trainee students of clinical pediatric teaching practical ability, in- novation ability, analysis and problem solving skills.
