在“小抖动”稳频条件下采用调幅光波测量无源谐振腔损耗 。
The experimental setup and results are given in detail for measuring the total loss of a passive ring resonant cavity with cw amplitudemodulated laser as a probe, where the laser is frequencystabilized to one of the longitudinal modes of the cavity with the socalled dithering method, and error analysis are presented at last.
