摘要
Ni-Cr-Mo-V高强钢中Si的含量对焊接熔透性影响很大。文章理论研究并试验研究证实了Si对Ni-Cr-Mo-V高强钢焊接熔透性和背部成型的影响,从而解决了百万级核电汽轮机大型构件密封腔室凸型焊缝的熔透与成型。
The content of Si has a great effect on the weld penetration of the high-strength steel Ni-Cr-Mo-V. This paper researches and comfirms the effect of Si on the weld penetration and back forming of the high-strength steel Ni-Cr-Mo-V. It can be got a solution in the weld penetration and back forming of convex welds in large component sealed chamber of million kilowatts class nuclear steam turbine.
