摘要
针对浙江省诸暨市泉安水电站存在的设备老化、效率低下以及生产不安全等问题,符合报废重建的条件,通过高压机组和低压机组方案的对比研究,低压机组方案具有明显的投资节约优势,通过优化设计,改高压机组为低压机组,在电站机坑、磁极对数、原发电机座及发电机定子、转子铁芯等不变的情况下,采用最新扩容改造技术获得了很好的技改实效。
With aging device, low efficiency and unsafe production, Quan' an Hydropower Station in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province met tile condition for abandonment and reconstruction. Through comparative study between high woltage unit program anti low voltage unit program, we found the latter has obvious advantage in reducing investment. Through optimization design, high voltage unit was modified to low voltage unit. With the same circumstances such as power station machine pit, pole logarithmic, original generator block and the motor both within and outside the electric magnet core, latest capacity expansion technology was utilized to obtained good modification effectiveness.
