乳腺癌的彩色多普勒与能量图的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨乳腺癌的血流特点 ,比较彩色多普勒能量图 (ColorDopplerEnergy ,CDE)与彩色多普勒血流显像 (ColorDopplerFlowImagine ,CDFI)在探查乳腺癌血流中的敏感性。方法 本文对 136例患者乳腺肿块的血流特点进行了研究 ,并重点分析了乳腺癌的血流特点及CDFI和CDE在探查乳腺癌血流中的敏感性。结果 乳腺恶性肿块血流信号丰富 ,70例乳腺癌中 ,80 %有伸入性血管分布 ,6 6例良性肿块中 47%无血管 ,仅 15例有伸入性血管。同一切面上同一血流的长度与宽度显示情况 ,CDE显示血流敏感性高于CDFI(P <0 0 5 )。结论 在乳腺癌的血流显示上 ,CDE较CDFI有更高的敏感性 ,与二维超声结合有助于鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤 ,提高诊断的准确率。 Objective To study the blood flow characteristics of the breast cancer and compare the sensitivity of color Doppler energy(CDE)and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in detecting the blood flow of it Methods One hundred and thirty six patients with breast lesions were studied by 2-Dimensional sonography We mainly studied the blood flow characteristics of the breast cancer and compared the sensitivity of CDE and CDFI in detecting the blood flow of breast cancer Result The blood flow signals were rich in the breast malignancy but deficient in benignancy 80% of the malignancy had penetrating vessels while 47% of the benignancy had no flow signals ,and only 15 benignancies had penetrating vessels The length and the width of the same vessel in the same section were detected by CDE and CDFI,but foundings showed that the sensitivity of CDE was higher than CDFI(P<0 05) Conclusion The sensitivity of CDE is higher than CDFI in detecting the blood flow of the breast cancer;CDE、CDFI combining 2-Dimensional US are helpful in distinguishing the benignancy from the malignancy of the breast lesions
