摘要
在研究ANDSF功能架构的基础上,提出了一种实现业务承载网络的选择方法,并给出了该方法的具体实现流程。该方法除能提高选网成功率外,还能降低网络负荷,为更好地实现四网协同发展提供了参考。
On the basis of ANDSF functional architecture, it presents a choice scheme on business carrying network, and gives the specif- ic procedure of the scheme. The scheme can improve the successful rate of network selection and reduce network load to pro- vide the cooperation and development between 2G, TD, WLAN and LTE network.
