摘要
贝雷梁作为临时便桥和支架已经广泛应用于在工程实践,但是对加强型贝雷梁实际力学状态的研究较少。就此以浦东大道九号桥临时便桥的静载试验为背景,研究了贝雷梁加强弦杆与桁架之间的协同受力问题,试验结果表明:由于销轴、销孔间空隙的存在,加强弦杆与桁架之间并没有完全协同受力,结构的实际抗弯几何特性小于理论值,也即理论计算是偏于不安全的,应当引起足够的重视。
The mechanical behavior of strengthened Bailey-beam is deficient studied while Bailey-beam has been widely used in the temporary bridges or the support frames.In this paper,a study on the cooperative working performance of strengthened Bailey-beam is conducted based on the static load test in Pudong No.9 temporary bridge.The results show that the strengthened chords do not work simultaneously with the Bailey-beam truss because of the gap in the pin-joints,which will weaken the bending moment of inertia for the strengthened Bailey-beam section.It is suggested that the working asynchrony should be paid enough attention to the calculation of strengthened Bailey-beam to avoid unsafe results.
