摘要
目的:探讨在病房播放背景音乐对择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术前焦虑抑郁的影响。方法:将择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者248例按随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组各124例,对照组予术前常规护理及必要的心理护理,干预组在此基础上在病房中为患者播放背景音乐,应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评价干预前后患者的焦虑、抑郁水平,调查患者满意度,监测血压、心率、呼吸频率波动情况。结果:与对照组相比,干预组焦虑及抑郁评分显著低于对照组,血压、心率稳定,波动幅度小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者满意度显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在病房播放背景音乐可缓解腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术前的负性情绪,稳定生命体征,提高患者满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of music therapy on preoperative anxiety and depression in patients having laparoscopic eholecystectomy. Methods Totally 248 patients who had scheduled laparoscopie cholecystectomy, were equally divided into therapy group and control group. The control group were subjected to conventional guidance ,while the therapy group additionally received music therapy. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） ,and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） were used to evaluate anxiety and depression level of pa- tients. The level of blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate and patients＇ satisfaction were recorded. Results After the intervention,the music therapy group had significantly lower anxiety,depression, blood pressure, heart rate level than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 for all）, and the patients＇ satisfaction level was higher. Conclusion Music therapy can significantly ease adverse psychological reaction of patients, stable vital signs and increase patients＇ satisfaction before laparoscopic cholecystcctomy.
