摘要
高职学报编辑的素质决定其所办刊物的质量。提高高职学报编辑的素质,可以从三方面着手:即强化角色意识,提升政治素质;强化创新意识,提升学术素质;强化学习意识,提升业务素质。
The quality ot editors working for higher vocational journals determines the quality of its service,cmblication. We canimproiove the qualily of edilors from three aspects： namely, enhance the consciousness of the role, improve political qualily; slrenglhen innowtion conscious hess, improve the academic quality： reinforce learning awareness, irnlJro~.e btlsiness qtlaiity.
