摘要
采用放免分析法 (RIA)测定 40例急性脑梗塞 (CI)患者血浆中内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)及血小板平均体积(MPV) ,并与 36例健康人作对照。结果表明 ,CI组 ET- 1和 MPV均显著高于对照组 ,ET- 1和 MPV呈正相关。本文认为在脑梗塞时 ET- 1参于了 MPV的调节 ,早期应用内皮素拮抗剂有助于改善临床预后。
