摘要
产业集群的发展需要金融的强力支持。对于武汉城市圈而言,这种支持还应符合"两型社会"建设的目标与要求。文章通过采用比较分析法、定性与定量相结合等分析方法,基于"两型社会"视角分析了武汉城市圈产业集群发展方面存在发展不平衡、产业链条不完整、金融支持存在结构不平衡、信用担保体系不健全以及融资渠道狭窄等问题,最后提出应发展"两型产业"集群、完善信用担保体系、拓宽融资渠道及促进集群协调发展等对策。
The development of industrial clusters needs the strong financial support. As for as the Wuhan City Circle, this support should comply with the targets and requirements of ＂Two Oriented Society＂ construction. But it lacks the relevant research at present. Through the analysis methods, such as the comparative analysis and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, based on the perspective of ＂Two oriented society＂, it analyz essuch problems as unbalanced development, incomplete industrial chains on the development of industrial clusters and the problems of financial support imbalance of structure ,the imperfect credit guarantee system and the narrow channels of financing etc. Finally it puts forward such countermeasures as developing the ＂Two Oriented Industry＂ clusters, consummating the credit guarantee system, broadening the financing channels and promoting the coordina ted development of clusters and so on.
