mTOR信号通路对造血干细胞调控作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 mTOR信号通路在调控细胞的生长、增殖、能量代谢和细胞周期中发挥着重要作用。最近研究发现该信号通路过度活化可引起造血干细胞(HSCs)脱离静止状态,导致造血干细胞池的耗竭,抑制mTOR信号通路能够恢复HSCs的自我更新和造血能力,深入研究mTOR信号通路对HSCs的调控作用将对HSCs的临床应用以及造血系统疾病发病机制研究提供新的思路。 The mTOR signaling pathways play an important role in the regulation of cell growth, proliferation, energy metabolism and cell cycle. Recent studies have found that the signaling pathway overactivation can lead to hematopoietic stem cells esca- ping from the quiescence, and finally results in hematopoietic stem cell pool depletion. Inhibiting mTOR signaling pathway canrestore HSCs self-renewal and hematopoiesis. To further study the regulation of roTOR signaling pathway in HSCs will provide new ideas for the clinical application of hematopoietic stem cells and the study of pathogenesis of hematopoietic system diseases.
